HEAT-EX is the new generation in UV-curing.

Until now the heat emission in a UV-curing unit has been a basic problem. This can be eliminated by the new THEIMER HEAT-EX cooling system. HEAT-EX is a registered trademark of THEIMER.

A special system of Quartz tubes ensures the transport of infra red rays and reduces productiob of Ozone gas. HEAT-EX allows reduction of heat by more than 50% and gives the chance to work with many critical material like PVC foils, thin papers or special varnishing.
